Supervised Study

Dear Parent(s) /Guardian(s),

The option to register for Supervised Study from now until the end of the year is now available to students who are not currently participating.  Priority will be given to 3rd  and 6th year students.

Study will operate Monday to Friday at the following times:

Monday to Thursday  3.40pm to 5.30pm

Friday                   1.10pm to 3.00pm

Study will not take place on days when there are Staff and Parent Teacher Meetings.  You will be notified of any cancellations. Students are expected to follow the school rules during study time.  Food is NOT ALLOWED in the study hall.  Notes are required for all absences from study.

The cost of study for the period November to end the school year is as follows:

Nov to May: 4-5 days per week: €190 (2nd Sibling 33% discount, so pay €130 i.e total of €320)

November to May: 1-3 days per week: €120 (2nd Sibling 33% discount, so pay €80 i.e total of €200)

Alternatively if you would like to wait until January to register your son and for those who have already paid for term 1 the cost is as below:

Jan to May:4-5 days per week: €150 (2nd Sibling 33% discount so pay €100 i.e. total of €250)

Jan to May:1-3 days per week: €100 (2nd Sibling 33% discount so pay €66 i.e total of €166)

All charges can be paid via the school app. Please add your card to the app first if you have not done so already. Parents can add their card to the App by:

-Selecting Shop from the side bar menu

-Manage Payment Methods

-Add card

You can then return to the shop, enter the amount you wish to pay based on the above and pay for your selected items.
